I met Mel 4 or 5 years ago through our own personal fitness journey’s. Since then, she has become one of the best personal trainers I have ever met. Mel can relate to just about anything you are going through on your fitness journey. She isn’t afraid to do the work with you. She works with you mentally, physically, and emotionally to help make you be the best version of yourself that you want to be. She won’t let you give up on yourself either. Mel is very encouraging and empowering along the way too. Mel is also very fun when training together. I always look forward to a session with her.

When you interact with Melody, you never wonder where you stand - she's the real deal.  She has a heart of gold, means what she says, and lives what she speaks.  She has traveled the same struggle bus that all women have hopped on at some point, loving and hating her body all at the same time, in other words, she gets it.  Whether you have a specific goal in mind or simply want to just feel better, Melody will meet you where you are and take you to the next level.  And along the way.... you'll have a ton of fun!

I had the pleasure of working with Mel for the first time back in 2017. I met her through a mutual friend. I reached out because I was looking for a trainer that would help me lose weight. That's when my life changed. I stepped foot into the gym (with her by my side as a friend), then learned she was going to be my trainer. I had many challenges ahead but Mel took them straight on and helped me lose 100 pounds in roughly a year. Within this time, I gained so much more. Mel helped me accomplish things I never thought I could (My first 5k) to name one of many.

Mel is also the type of person who doesn't give up on you, she helps you through life struggles. She will take the time out of her personal time to help you through things. (She was there for most of my 5ks I ran) on her own time.

Unfortunately, I had an injury and never returned to the gym, However, through that time Mel was right there. We both took time off and she recently reached out about her training again. Naturally, I was in, again, Unfortunately, I was recovering from a surgery and on the verge of having another. Instead of saying no she said let's adapt and we'll do what we can! Here we are after the second surgery and we are still communicating and soon will be working on helping me with some of my PT stuff. Mel is one who will encourage you until you get to your accomplished goal, be by your side and will adapt to your needs, while pushing you out of your comfort zone.
